Practice Boundary

Please view our boundary map (below). The map shows our ‘contractual boundary’ per site identified as areas within the green lines. If you permanently live within the green boundary lines, you are able to eligible for home visits if you are too ill to attend the practice. The map also shows a purple ‘outer boundary’. The ‘outer boundary’ applies to any of of our existing registered patients who move out of the ‘contractual boundary’ area, and wish to remain registered with the practice. For further information, please ask at Reception.

If you live outside of the green boundary, but within the purple boundary, you are welcome to apply to register as an out of area patient; a home visiting service (for patient too ill to attend the practice) is available via NHS 111.

Please note that every care has been taken in the preparation of information on this Postcode Mapping Tool, however there may be instances where the Postcode Mapping Tool does not include your location even though it is within our Practice Boundary. An example of this may be new housing developments where the postcodes are not yet included on Google.
