A Guide to our Appointments System

We have been seeing patients face to face since the beginning of the pandemic in line with government and public health guidance.

Our first priority is the safety of patients and staff as we have many vulnerable patients and Covid 19 is still present nationally and in our local area.

The limitations of our premises, with a small waiting room and reception area, means we still need to limit the number of patients in the building at one time. With this in mind, we are continuing offering telephone triage and the clinician, in discussion with the patient, will decide if there is a need for a face-to-face consultation.

Many requests can be dealt with over the phone or by video consultation, where clinically appropriate, saving the patient time with not having to travel to the practice or sit in a waiting room with others.

These appointments will be either an AM or PM appointment

We are reviewing the appointment availability as quickly and safely as we can

Suspension of online booking service for face to face appointments:

So that our medical administrators can ensure that those who are at a greater risk of having Covid-19 (coronavirus) do not attend the surgery we are temporarily suspending online booking of face to face appointments with our clinicians.

You will still be able to book a telephone appointment online.
