over 75 health check

We invite everyone over the age of 75 for a general health check every 1-3 years with one of the practice nurses. This should promote good general health and can help to detect minor problems that you had not have a chance to discuss during a regular consultation.

Special emphasis is put on general health including eyesight, hearing and memory as well as social history, immunisations and home circumstances.

Please do tell us about any special circumstances e.g. if you care for someone.
