If you are on a repeat medication your doctor will have authorised several repeat scripts until a review is needed. When you come to the end of your supply we would be grateful if you could let the surgery know in good time. This allows us to issue a further script that can either be collected or sent to a pharmacy. Due to several problems in the past we would appreciate it, if you could let us know in writing which medicines you require. It may be easiest to use the white right side of your previous  prescription and tick the required items.

Our team will let you know if any further reviews are needed.

online repeat medication requests:

You will need a username and password to use this service, please ask the receptionist.

urgent prescriptions:

We would be grateful if you could collect these prescriptions from the surgery. It usually requires one day for our local pharmacists to collect the prescription. We are only able to fax urgent prescriptions to local chemists.
