Welcome to the appointment online system.

In order to book you appointment online you have to register with one of our surgeries and ask the receptionist for a username and password. These allow you to log on.

Through the online appointment webpage you can book - and also cancel - appointments.

Currently you can only book an appointment with a doctor. It offers you a variety of options:

• Clinic: you can choose an appointment at the surgery or a telephone consultation - the doctor will ring you at a convenient time.
   
• Date: this allows you specify the time of the appointment.
   
• Clinician: you can choose which doctor you would like to see.
   
• Location: please pick you preferred surgery.
