results of our patient satisfaction questionnaire 2013:
We would like to say thank you to everyone who has taken part in our patient satisfaction questionnaire in both January 2012 and again this year. The results reflect the high level of patient care that we provide but also highlight areas for improvement. We have discussed the results with our patient participation group and we are grateful for their feedback. For further information please read:

New Computer System:
The computer software that we use for patient notes is being withdrawn, so we need to change our system.
This is quite a significant change for the practice, so we know it is important to keep our patients updated of the changes.
The changeover date is Monday 18th February 2013 and it is likely to affect the smooth running of the practice, so please can we ask you to help us in the following ways:
During February, please submit requests for repeat prescriptions as far in advance as possible, ideally by 9th February 2013.
We will do our utmost to ensure the transition will not affect appointments. However, we would really appreciate your patience with the whole team during the week of 18th February and realistically, the first couple of weeks after, as everyone gets to grips with the new system.
Unfortunately, if you presently use the on-line facility for booking appointments and prescription requests, we will need to issue you with a new password.
We will be able to provide a text messaging appointment reminder service. So please do ensure that we have your mobile telephone number AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to enable us to send you automatic reminders.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience!
This service allows you to book your appointment or to request your repeat medication at any time via the internet. Please ask our receptionists for a username and password for this service.
we are interested in your views:
In order to improve the service we deliver, we would like to set up an email group to occasionally ask your views on a range of subject relating to the surgery. If you would like to be involved please fill in this form and return it to the surgery.
We are now offering evening appointments Monday to Wednesday until 7.30 pm. These appointments should make it easier for people who find it difficult to book an appointment during the normal surgery hours.
These appointments are only pre-bookable via the receptionist or online.
Any acute emergency will still need to be seen by the emergency out-of-hours service: 03000 33 99 33
We are delighted to
welcome back Dr Becky Stenner who was a registrar GP with us in 2011.
She will be working four sessions a week at Weston from October.
