Welcome to Rush Hill & Weston Surgery

We are a long established practice offering primary care services from two locations in Bath.  Our Rush Hill site is located in south west Bath close to Bath Community Academy.  Our Weston site is located in north west Bath, opposite the Royal United Hospital, Combe Park, Bath.

Latest News........

Weston Surgery will be closed on Friday 21st November 2014 for renovation work.  The practice will be re-open on Monday 24th November.  All calls will be directed to Rush Hill during the closure.  Thank you for your understanding.

Usual Pharmacy:

We are now able to send your prescriptions electronically to your nominated pharmacy. If you have not done so already, please let us know your preferred pharmacy.  Thank you. 

Walk in Centre Closure:

The Walk in Centre at Riverside Health Centre closed on 31st March 2014.  Please contact the surgery if you need an appointment.

Care Data:

You may have heard recently about Care.Data extraction from GP practice data.

Information about you and the care you receive is shared, in a secure system, by healthcare staff to support your treatment and care.

Phone Systems:

We have changed the greeting on our phone system.  You will no longer need to select an option.  Just call, listen to the information message and wait for a Receptionist to answer your call.

So that we can handle calls as efficiently as possible, please note the following:
  • Reception staff cannot accept telephone requests for repeat medication.   This must be made in writing or on-line.
  • Results are not available until after 2pm, so please do not call for results prior to this time.
